The prestigious Relais d’Itria Villa is a structure immersed in a 23,000 sq.m. park of centuries old olive trees that are typical of the territory of Puglia, surrounded by a pine forest, a large orchard and orange grove. This wonderful green countryside gives various qualities of citrus and fruit of every species, including wild berries, which make the panorama relaxing and lush, as well as spreading aromas in every season.

The Villa’s rear boundary on the other hand is confined by a large plantation of prickly pears to complete the cultivations of this relais immersed in nature.

The villa’s park is divided into three different areas one of which is the imposing entrance which occupies an area of about 10,000sq.m.
In the terrain there is a centuries old olive grove with a lawn, a view as far as the eye can see interrupted by a large semi-Olympic pool which and equipped with a spa area, the villa’s swimming pool includes an area of water at child’s height.

The beauty of the panorama combines with the delights of relaxation and physical activity in a body of water designed as a shelter from the heat, wellbeing for the adults and as fun for the youngsters.

RELAX AREA

Relais Villa is also a liveable space with the utmost comfort thanks to the large veranda in terracotta with sloping roofs under which there are the outdoor Bar and pizzeria area reserved for guests. On the veranda there are a number of different relaxation nooks with attached corners for the maximum comfort during every hour of the day or night.

Furthermore, in the restaurant area the lunches and dinners on request by the guests are prepared entirely with organic ingredients grown in the villa which are almost totally free of preservatives. You will discover dishes from Puglia and fine wines from the territory. In addition, you can register in a cooking course of the cuisine of Puglia and Italy in general.
Within the structure of b&b Relais there is a large salon with a dedicated reading area. In addition to a large fireplace which is always lit in winter you can freely use the multilingual library that is available for guests.

In the same room there is also a Natuzzi divan area with relaxing seats in front of a large satellite TV for the maximum comfort while you watch the television programmes.

All the guests can use the internet for free – Wi-Fi for navigating freely from every room of the Relais.

Relais’ suite consists of two big elegantly furnished double bed rooms with both overlooking the spacious veranda of about 40sq.m The veranda is equipped with every comfort, from the gazebo area with connected 4 place divan to the solarium with sun loungers. The suite’s view is of the wonderful swimming pool.

In addition, the villa has 2 other large well finished rooms situated in the tavern area, equipped with external reserved bathrooms for their exclusive use. These rooms have more advantageous daily rates with periodic bed and breakfast offers.

Furthermore, one of the villa’s rooms is dedicated to an equipped gym with the possibility of using the professional two place sauna for total relaxation after physical activities.
